White Ribbon Accreditation
Today we are proud to announce that our organisation is now White Ribbon Accredited, committing to working towards ending violence against women and girls.
White Ribbon Accreditation is granted for an organisations commitment to ending men’s violence against women in the workplace and across the country.
As part of our pledge we will deliver a comprehensive multi-year plan to transform the culture, systems, and the wider community in which we operate. This strategy will help us eliminate attitudes and behaviours that lead to violence against women. White Ribbon Accreditation is an opportunity to make our workplace a safe place for men and women and to upskill our staff to become changemakers.
Our Operations Director, Adam Ratcliffe said, following our award:
“White Ribbon perfectly aligns with the Safer Business Network values and will further enhance our extensive work on preventing violence against women and girls through our Welfare and Vulnerability Engagement and Ask For Angela training and Safe Haven projects.”
This is another way we as an organisation can promote and deliver the message of safety across each community we operate in, working alongside White ribbon towards ending violence against women once and for all: https://lnkd.in/ekx5mrya
